All wigs are processed within 24 - 48 hours.

 

Expedited Shipping

We ship orders via DHL or FedEx Express, depending on your location

Estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days.

 

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Please ensure you provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

 

Customs & Taxes

For certain countries (such as the UK, Switzerland, and Turkey), shipments may be declared as “Synthetic Hair” with a low declared value to help reduce potential charges.

Signature Requirement

We strongly recommend signing for delivery.

Lalumi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery authorization is given to leave the parcel unattended (e.g. front door, courtyard, or other locations)

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
